Rhonda Stapleton

Rhonda Stapleton started writing a few years ago to appease the voices in her head. She has a Master's degree in English and a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing. In the twelve minutes of free time she has each day, Rhonda enjoys reading, photography, writing poetry, singing in the shower (and in the car, at work, or basically anywhere that provides oxygen), drinking chai tea, and playing on the Internet (AKA, connecting to the "mother ship"). Her teen romantic comedy trilogy, Stupid Cupid, is published with Simon Pulse. You can find her at http://rhondastapleton.com/.

Amanda Hitchcock

Presently I work as a Business and Life Coach, am working on my Masters bridging into my Ph.D. in Psychology and am a former schoolteacher. I have been writing crazy stories for as long as I remember. Writing is a vein to my existence. I have only had two articles published and only one, which was paid for! My writing is creative, imaginative, humorous on occasion, and quite mediocre. Yet, public awareness or approval is not what drives me... it is the process, enjoyment, and therapeutic aspect that keeps me fueled.  http://www.powersourceandsolutions.com/Site/Welcome.html

Diane Kinser

Diane Mechem Kinser currently has four books in print, the most recent, The Mournng of Amalie, is a ghost murder mystery set in Vinton County, Ohio in the early 20th Century.  Kinser is an English and Communications Instructor at CSCC and formerly Franklin University and the University of South Florida.

For this topic, I want you to count your blessings...in a slightly different way.

Make a list of all of the things you are grateful that you do NOT have in your life.  Using that list as your jumping off point, please write a piece using this topic.
